We’re helping to build a strong and diverse arts culture in Watford and we need your help to bring it to life! We’re looking for volunteers to join the family and help us make Watford Fringe 2025 a big hit.

In 2024 we had around 245 volunteers support the smooth running of the Fringe. And getting involved is a great opportunity to engage with the arts community, see shows, network, and know in your heart of hearts that you’re making a huge contribution to the local arts sector. Some of the awesome ways volunteers can help at the Fringe:

• Box office / ticket sales
• Decorations and promotion
• Fringe wizard – customer service
• Front of house ushers
• Set-up and/or pack-down shows
• Basic site assistance
